I never set out to become a transformational coach.

I was on the "successful" path:
 Accenture consultant. INSEAD MBA. PwC strategist.
 Advising companies like Apple and Meta.

Everything looked perfect.
 Everything felt... hollow.


I remember the moment clearly.

Sitting in my car in Dar es Salaam, looking at the carefree street kid crossing the road in front of me.

I was stuck.
 He was happy.

I looked myself, my work, my work's impact.

What am I actually doing here? What do I do to these people?

That night, awake in my beach house room, I asked myself:

"What if business could be different?
 What if profit and purpose weren't enemies?
 What if leadership could actually heal?"

That question started the journey that led me here.


The Journey: From Budapest to Now

Budapest → Europe (Foundations)

Born in Hungary during the communist era, I learned early that systems shape lives—for better or worse.

When the Berlin Wall fell, I watched an entire society reinvent itself. That imprinted on me: change is always possible, even when it seems impossible.

I studied business, discovered meditation, and realized they wouldn't stay separate.


Africa → USA (Expansion)

My career took me across three continents:

I was good at my work. Very good.

But the higher I climbed, the emptier I felt. I even stopped climbing...

Success without meaning is just exhaustion with a salary.

I kept searching for something I couldn't name—until a meditation class showed me what was missing:

I'd been trying to fix organizations from the outside.
 But real transformation happens from the inside out.


Hawaii → Integration (Coming Home)

In 2022, I moved to Hawai'i Island.

The land itself teaches here:
 Fire meets water. Creation meets destruction. Patience meets power.

I founded Power Up Coaching—not to abandon 30 years of business expertise, but to integrate it with the spiritual depth I'd been cultivating for 20 years.

I stopped choosing between strategy and soul.
 I started showing others they don't have to either.
